The deployment of clinics and schools is subject to foundation readiness and the size of the structure.

Our clinics and schools are each offered in three standardised sizes (A, B, and C) to align with both specific community needs and government service delivery objectives: affordable, fast to implement, and scalable.

Our Deployment Process

We analyse local needs, quality standards, and process costing.
A prototype is developed and approved by government stakeholders and strategic partners.
The approved prototype forms the foundation of the country-specific initiative and solutions.
Distinct packages are available for rural, peri-urban, and urban areas, with each category offering three individual options – resulting in a total of nine solutions per country.

African Hero allows governments to fast-track service delivery, uplift communities, and show visible results within their current term of office without destabilising national budgets.

Our healthcare and education infrastructure solutions are offered in three bespoke modules according to communities’ individual needs:

Medicines are purchased directly from tier-one and tier-two generic manufacturers (GMs) at significant discounts, delivering maximum quality and value at minimum cost.
Retail partners’ distribution centres can rapidly transport and deploy stock where needed.
Governments are only issued an invoice for products upon delivery to end users, avoiding risk, waste, and large upfront capital requirements for bulk purchases.

Medical Supply Solution

End-to-end pharmaceutical logistics.

20% flat distribution fee.
Pay-on-delivery model directly to manufacturers, with 60-day payment cycles tied to actual consumption.

Through Mediland Health Care Distributors, we aim to deploy high quality and life-saving generic medicines throughout Southern Africa, working in collaboration with forward-thinking partners to eliminate bottlenecks and obstacles, and make medical supply chains seamless, cost-effective, and efficient.
